In September, 2003 we will have been homeowners for one year. Since we purchased the house, we have little
by little transformed it into the perfect little refuge we have hoped it could be. Little upgrades here and there, enjoying
the different chores through the seasons...
Erich's flower bed project..
This summer's projects so far have included refinancing our mortgage, Erich's transforming the yard into more and
more of a garden and replacing our tired water heater.

We are currently in the process of our electrical upgrade (from 60 Amps to 200 Amps) and Erich will attempt
to regrout and retile sections of the shower stall, replace some of the kitchen wallpaper and replace our bathroom window, before
Baby arrives.

Erich been a very very busy man of the house! Michelle on the other hand has stuck to her role as "ruler
of the kitchen and household" - cooking, cleaning and making sure Erich is well watered and fed as he moves from project to
project.

There is always something to do and so little time! It's one of the most pleasurable and rewarding rat races
we've jumped into!
